Sales Associate – Retail Sales Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join its retail team. In this customer‑focused position you will represent the iconic Levi’s brand, deliver exceptional service, and help drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi’s history, heritage, and product lines.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, and Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash and follow store cash‑handling guidelines.
• Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain visual presentation standards.
• Adhere to store security, safety, and loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
