Sales Associate – Retail Outlet (West Palm Beach, FL)

About the role

Levi’s® is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its Palm Beach Outlets store in West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding the brand’s heritage in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, friendly service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and individual performance goals.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards, including merchandising and housekeeping.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, and RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Handle cash according to Levi’s® cash‑handling guidelines and support loss‑prevention procedures.
• Support pricing updates and ensure accurate product information on the sales floor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience.
• Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Structured, organized, adaptable, and methodical work style.

Required skills

• Basic technology proficiency, including familiarity with iOS devices and troubleshooting.
