Sales Associate – Retail (Levi’s)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a Sales Associate to join the Aurora Farms store. You will represent an iconic brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi’s history, heritage, and product line.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve or exceed daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain visual standards and overall store appearance.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilize basic iOS devices, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and follow technical manuals.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Understanding of RFID inventory processes.
