About the role

Join Reiss as a Sales Associate within the Bloomingdale's concession in Boca Raton. You will deliver premium, tailored customer service while supporting the management team to meet sales and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

Provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for every customer.
Maintain deep knowledge of the Reiss brand and product range.
Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management.
Uphold visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing Reiss values.

Required profile

Passion for premium or luxury products.
Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
Strong ability to view situations from the customer’s perspective.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced retail setting.
Team‑player mindset with decision‑making capability.
