Sales Assistant – International Coordination & Design Support

About the role

The Sales Assistant supports the sales team by handling international correspondence, assisting design and product development, tracking orders, and nurturing buyer relationships. This full‑time onsite position requires strong organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas teams and factories to obtain quotes, request samples, and source new products.
• Collaborate with designers on CAD files, project timelines, and creative packaging solutions.
• Coordinate production schedules with factories, review and approve samples, and ensure timely shipping.
• Support order processing, picking, routing, and shipping to meet delivery commitments.
• Monitor inventory levels, update records in Excel, and prevent stock shortages or overstock.
• Build and maintain strong buyer relationships through consistent communication and prompt inquiry handling.
• Create style numbers, UPCs, and assist with retailer portal product listings.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in wholesale production, sales, or related fields.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
• Knowledge of design processes, market trends, or wholesale operations is a plus.
