Sales and Service Banker – Customer Advisor

About the role

The Sales and Service Banker acts as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships by understanding customers' financial needs and goals. You will provide tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions while delivering exceptional service in a branch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers as a trusted advisor, identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate products.
• Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash handling.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate partners.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets and overall performance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, risk policies, and fraud‑prevention standards.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks as needed.
