Sales Advisor / Stylist – Retail Position in Aventura

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor (Stylist) to join its Aventura store team. You will act as the brand’s ambassador, delivering personalized, one‑to‑one service both in‑store and digitally while building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class service to customers on their terms, both in‑store and online.
• Meet and exceed store sales targets through relationship‑driven selling.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to enhance styling expertise.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support visual merchandising.
• Assist with daily operations, including inventory management, online order fulfillment, and POS transactions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in fashion, styling, or retail sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a client book.
• Positive, engaging energy with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish (required) and Portuguese (preferred).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and retail holidays.
