Sales Advisor (Stylist) – Brooklyn

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a full‑time Sales Advisor, also called a Stylist, to join its Brooklyn store. The role serves as the brand’s ambassador, delivering personalized, one‑to‑one service both in‑store and digitally while driving sales through strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class service to customers in‑store and online.
• Meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to enhance styling expertise.
• Build lasting client relationships and conduct personal outreach to generate sales.
• Utilize technology to sell virtually and in‑person.
• Maintain a clean, organized store presentation.
• Support daily operations, including inventory management, online order fulfillment, and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in fashion, styling, or retail sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a client book in a goal‑driven environment.
• Positive, engaging energy and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and retail holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lb, and perform other store duties.
