Sales Account Representative

About the role

Alleviation is expanding its sales team and seeks an energetic Sales Account Representative to introduce supplemental health benefit plans to local businesses. The role combines outbound outreach, client consultations, and relationship building within a defined territory.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and curate leads using Alleviation’s customized Salesforce CRM.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text and schedule discovery meetings.
• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations and group presentations to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with owners, and follow up on referral leads.
• Maintain a personal client portfolio and track daily activity statistics.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit weekly schedules and adhere to agreed working hours.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal abilities and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Resilience, a positive attitude, and clear personal goals.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management and independent‑working skills.
• Background in competitive sports, coaching, or leadership roles is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
