Sales Account Representative / Business Development

About the role

The Sales Account Representative manages relationships with existing customers and referral sources while prospecting new revenue opportunities in the disaster restoration sector.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers before and after service to ensure satisfaction and develop additional prospects.
• Prospect and develop new sales leads in assigned verticals and maintain key relationships with insurance agents and adjusters.
• Prepare documents for job file reviews and report on referral‑source relationships weekly and monthly.
• Participate in collections efforts when needed and resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma (college degree preferred) with 1‑2 years experience in disaster restoration.
• 6‑12 months of sales experience or prior sales training (not required).
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service skills, and a motivated work ethic.

Required skills

• Basic math aptitude for sales calculations.
• Proficiency with social media and web‑based sales tools.
