Router Supervisor

About the role

The Router Supervisor is a full‑time, third‑shift position at our Cordele, GA Service Center. You will lead dock and dispatch operations, ensuring safe, efficient handling of less‑than‑truckload (LTL) freight while supporting a fast‑paced team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage drivers and freight handlers, coordinating schedules and dock activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality freight‑handling procedures.
• Dispatch LTL loads in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.

Required profile

• Proven basic leadership experience, preferably in LTL operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and logistical problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Cordele and surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
