About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking part‑time forklift operators for its service centre in Cordele, GA. You will safely move various freight in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long, working on a roofed but non‑climate‑controlled dock.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from 53‑foot trailers using a forklift.
- Operate the forklift safely within a roofed dock environment.
Required profile
- Physical ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
- Read manifests and interact with a computer display.
- Prior forklift experience in a fast‑paced setting.
- Dependable and able to work quickly.

- Forklift operation.
- Ability to read manifests.
What we offer
- Starting pay of $20.14 per hour.
- Part‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 4 am‑10 am.
- One week of vacation after 90 days of employment.
