Router Supervisor

About the role

The Inbound Router Supervisor will oversee dock and dispatch operations at our Fontana, CA Service Center. This full‑time, onsite position ensures smooth coordination of drivers, freight handlers, and LTL loads while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage driver and freight handler teams.
• Coordinate dock operations and schedule driver/freight handler shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Enforce quality freight‑handling procedures.
• Dispatch LTL loads in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.

Required profile

• Proven basic leadership experience.
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills.
• Solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of quality freight handling (preferred).
• Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Fontana and surrounding areas.
• Prior LTL leadership experience (strongly preferred).
