Roustabout Crew Pusher

About the role

The Roustabout Crew Pusher works on oil and gas sites with minimal supervision, supporting upstream, midstream and downstream projects. The role involves a mix of operational, maintenance and supervisory tasks to ensure safe and efficient crew performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform oil‑field services in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, wearing required PPE.
• Supervise a crew of 1‑3 personnel, assign duties, and oversee jobs from start to finish, including site clean‑up.
• Plan equipment and manpower needs, complete job paperwork promptly, and assist with major equipment repairs.
• Collaborate with managers on bids, proposals, and problem‑solving on‑site.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum two years of crew‑lead experience in the oil and gas industry and a valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen, DOT physical, background check, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift > 50 lb and perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools, equipment, and fabricating/repairing production facilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA‑10, Safeland PEC, First Aid/CPR, H2S awareness, confined‑space certification.
• Experience operating and maintaining oil‑field machinery and performing DOT‑required physical tasks.
• Valid CDL Class A or B (preferred) and ability to complete industry safety certifications.
