Room Attendant

About the role

The Room Attendant ensures each guest room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing to exceptional guest experiences at the Hampton Inn Baton Rouge Downtown.

Key responsibilities

• Create clean, fresh guest rooms with meticulous attention to detail.
• Prepare and remake beds with fresh linens for a welcoming atmosphere.
• Replenish amenities and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Clean and polish bathrooms, showers, tubs, sinks, and fixtures.
• Inspect rooms for safety hazards and report equipment issues to maintenance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar hospitality role (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting timelines.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift, and perform repetitive motions.
