About the role
Join the housekeeping team at Fairfield Inn & Suites Reno Sparks and ensure guest rooms meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms according to established standards, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Change bed linens, replace towels and amenities, and process lost‑and‑found items per policy.
- Report any needed repairs to management and assist with lobby duties when short‑staffed.
- Maintain safety by wearing protective equipment and following MSDS and OSHA guidelines.
Required profile
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lb, and perform repetitive motions.
