Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Virgin Hotel, you will ensure each guest room meets the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will work closely with teammates, managers, and guests to deliver a memorable and personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean all guest rooms according to Virgin Hotel standards.
• Report to the designated shift in assigned attire and complete duties within the allotted time.
• Use only designated cleaning chemicals and tools, conserving water and chemicals as trained.
• Report any guest or safety issues to a manager or supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and handle lost‑and‑found items.
• Manage assigned keys in compliance with hotel key policy.
• Restock supplies as needed and fulfill reasonable manager requests.

Required profile

• Ability to perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lb and pushing/pulling up to 100 lb.
• Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
