About the role
As a Room Attendant you will ensure that every guest room and suite is clean, fresh, and ready for guests to relax or work after a busy day. You will be the face of hospitality that creates a welcoming haven for each visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain rooms to the hotel’s standards, making each stay memorable.
- Provide guest assistance such as supplying toiletries or directions.
- Report room status, repairs, and lost‑and‑found items to the supervisor.
- Monitor and control housekeeping supplies, minimizing waste.
- Perform deep‑cleaning projects, turndown service, and other ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Physical stamina to be on feet most of the day and lift items up to 50 lb (23 kg).
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
