About the role

Join TELUS Digital as a Robotics Automation Engineer and help shape the future of intelligent automation. You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, collaborating with world‑class quality specialists to design, build, and manage high‑quality egocentric data collection and annotation pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation and human‑in‑the‑loop (HITL) pipelines for egocentric data collection and annotation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI pipelines to eliminate bottlenecks and errors.
• Iterate rapidly on AI workflows based on evolving customer requirements.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate use cases into orchestrated AI solutions.
• Establish best practices for AI orchestration, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Document architectures, processes, and standards for knowledge sharing.
• Integrate multiple GenAI models, APIs, and tools into end‑to‑end workflows.
• Stay current on advances in AI orchestration, LLMs, and automation tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML and robotics training pipelines.
• Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience working with automation and HITL perspectives.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
