Roark Key Holder - Denver

About the role

Roark, an adventure lifestyle brand owned by Archipelago Cos, is looking for a Key Holder to help its Denver, CO retail store. The Key Holder provides exceptional customer service, maximizes revenue and handles periodic opening and closing duties, including setting up the store, managing the drawer and daily revenue drop, and supervising cleaning staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in growing revenue through sales, guest experience, employee relations and operations aligned with Roark's culture.
• Run store product flow, restocking, back-of-house operations, supply needs and daily maintenance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand image.
• Oversee Cashwrap and POS procedures, reconcile tills, process returns, exchanges, gift cards and discounts.
• Open and close the store according to standard procedures.
• Provide personalized customer service, resolve customer issues calmly and communicate customer feedback to leadership.
• Keep the retail floor clean, manage inventory and ensure the store is well stocked.
• Work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; one year of sales and merchandising experience (preferably retail) with opening and closing duties.
• Preferred knowledge of action sports, climbing and camping, and a passion for the outdoors.
• Willingness to lift up to 15 pounds and use ladders or stairs.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
