About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) on a PRN (as‑needed) basis to join the Kids First department in Searcy, Arkansas. This temporary, fixed‑term position supports pediatric patient care within the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to children and families in the Kids First unit as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to UAMS clinical policies.

Required profile

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work on an as‑needed schedule without sponsorship.
