About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our NICU Float Pool in the Lafayette Region. In this fast‑paced environment you will provide specialized care to newborns, ensuring safety, comfort, and high‑quality clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Assess neonatal needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and family education.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
