About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking full‑time RN professionals to provide overnight, Hospital‑at‑Home ICU nursing for infants and young children in the New York area. You will work as an extension of the hospital care team, delivering high‑quality skilled nursing care directly in patients' homes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients transitioning from hospital to home.
- Act as a member of a multidisciplinary team, extending hospital ICU services into the home environment.
Required profile
- Current RN license (the text also mentions Licensed Practical Nurse license).
- At least one year of verifiable RN experience.
- Experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home‑care tracheostomy/ventilator care with infants/pediatrics.
Required skills
- Competence in infusion therapy.
- Competence in tracheostomy and ventilator care (demonstrated in home or lab setting).
