About the role
The Registered Nurse will work night shifts for the Resource Team, providing safe, therapeutic and compassionate patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process and Baptist Health training to deliver patient care.
- Maintain clinical competence and critical thinking in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Active, unencumbered RN license in Arkansas.
- Minimum 18 months of RN experience and at least 1 year in the specialty applied for.
- BSN preferred.
Required skills
- Healthcare CPR certification (required).
- Training provided for ACLS, PALS and/or NALS as needed.
