RN – Emergency Department (Evening Shift)

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic’s Twinsburg Family Health & Surgery Center as a Registered Nurse in the 24‑hour Emergency Department. You will provide compassionate, high‑quality care to adult and pediatric patients during the evening shift (7:00 pm‑7:30 am).

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in a fast‑paced emergency setting, collaborating with a success coach and interdisciplinary team.
• Prioritize patient care based on acuity, preferences, and resource availability, and respond to clinical risks promptly.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program.
• Current state RN licensure.
• New graduate or ≤1 year of acute inpatient RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) – to be completed within 24 months of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification – within one year of hire.
