About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide ambulatory internal medicine care at the Twinsburg Family Health Center, working under the direction of a Registered Nurse and physicians.

Key responsibilities

Provide patient care activities, collect and document objective and subjective data.
Complete nursing assessments, implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient responses.
Observe patients for adverse reactions, perform routine laboratory tests, and educate patients and families.

Required profile

Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
One year of patient care experience preferred.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Practical nursing clinical skills.
