RN Delegator – Full‑Time or Part‑Time Registered Nurse

About the role

Journey Nursing Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide case management, RN delegation, and direct patient care across private homes, adult family homes, and assisted living communities in Washington State. The role blends clinical leadership, patient advocacy, and hands‑on nursing in a flexible full‑time or part‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Private Duty Nursing clients, completing comprehensive assessments and updating individualized Plans of Care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, pharmacies and interdisciplinary team members.
• Perform RN Delegation assessments, supervisory visits, and caregiver education.
• Provide skilled nursing services for medically complex patients, including tracheostomy, ventilator, enteral feeding, and TPN care.
• Document accurately in electronic medical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
