About the role

UnitedHealth Group is hiring Medical Assistants for specialty and primary care openings across the Everett market, including Everett, Stanwood, Arlington, Edmonds, Mukilteo, Shoreline and Mill Creek. The company accepts new graduates who are certified or registered. The hourly pay ranges from $22 to $30 for full-time employment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform back office activities that support providers in running quality clinics, including administering injections, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, quality surveys and other procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality control standards.

Required profile

• High school graduate or GED.
• Registered or Certified Medical Assistant through the Washington State Department of Health, or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
• Current CPR and/or BLS certification, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation.
