RN Ambulatory Team Lead – Family Medicine

About the role

The RN Ambulatory Team Lead will coordinate daily operations, oversee workflows, and provide direct patient support in an ambulatory family medicine setting. Working at Solon Family Health Center, you will blend clinical care with leadership responsibilities to enhance patient experience and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in various ambulatory settings.
• Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring of assigned caregivers.
• Participate in quality improvement, process improvement, and research activities to improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state RN licensure.
• Minimum two years of recent RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) and prior supervisory or charge nurse experience.
