About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Neurology Ambulatory Operations team at Solon Family Health Center. This full‑time, day‑shift position provides patient‑first care in an outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

Provide patient care activities under the direction of an RN and/or physician.
Collect and document objective and subjective patient data.
Complete nursing assessments, implement care plans, and report findings.
Administer medications or treatments and monitor patient responses.
Educate patients and family members about care and follow‑up.

Required profile

Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
One year of patient‑care experience preferred.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Valid Ohio LPN license.
