RN Ambulatory Team Lead - Dermatology and Plastic Surgery

About the role

The RN Ambulatory Team Lead will coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, and delivery of care within the Dermatology and Plastic Surgery ambulatory setting at Twinsburg Family Health Center. This role blends direct patient nursing care with clerical and administrative duties, providing an opportunity to develop both clinical and leadership skills. The position works a standard day shift from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in a variety of ambulatory settings.
• Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care.
• Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching and mentoring of assigned caregivers.
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience and safety.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum two years of recent RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
