RN Ambulatory – Neuro Pain Management

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Neuro Pain Management team at Twinsburg Family Health Center. This ambulatory position provides comprehensive nursing care to patients experiencing neurological pain, supporting them throughout the care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, telephone triage, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and operate patient‑care equipment.
• Initiate emergency measures such as CPR, notify physicians or Licensed Independent Providers of abnormal findings, and provide health education to patients and families.
• Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN or BSN) with current RN licensure.
• Minimum one year of recent RN experience; current BLS certification and ACLS certification to be obtained within six months of hire.
• Physical ability to perform full range of motion, manual dexterity, and lift light loads as described.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• RN licensure and competency in medication administration.
• Proficiency in patient assessment and telephone triage.
