RN – 1:1 Home Care

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide one‑to‑one home care for pediatric and adult clients in the Wilmington and Whiteville area. You will work independently in a client’s home, delivering high‑quality, personalized nursing care on a schedule that fits your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home and follow a self‑selected schedule.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
• Provide hands‑on care with autonomy, building strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current NC nursing license in good standing.
• At least one year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
