Risk Analyst – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Risk Intelligence Analyst on a contract basis to design structured reasoning rubrics for AI model outputs and support crisis management initiatives. The role blends analytical rigor with collaborative workflow integration across HR, security, and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop rubrics to evaluate AI outputs related to risk intelligence and crisis scenarios.
• Assess data sets and scenarios to identify threats and gauge their impact on global operations.
• Create expert‑level tasks and benchmarks for AI training aligned with risk assessment best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure rubrics fit enterprise workflows, including HR, security, and communications protocols.
• Provide written and verbal feedback to improve AI model performance and rubric clarity.
• Analyze crisis management scenarios and advise on multi‑stage response planning for operational continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in risk intelligence, crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex reasoning.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment under uncertainty and devise multi‑stage response plans.
• Familiarity with organizational workflows across HR, security, and communications functions.
• Expertise in developing, writing, and evaluating structured rubrics and assessment frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and experience interpreting data‑driven insights.
