Rework Technician

About the role

This short‑term (up to 20 weeks) position supports our production line by inspecting and reworking power tools to meet strict safety and quality standards. You will work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure consistent, accurate output.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect power tools against exact specifications and industry standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions and production protocols.
• Utilize precision measuring tools and testing equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Identify, report, and help resolve defects or quality issues.
• Provide clear communication and exceptional service to team leads and other departments.

Required profile

• Sharp attention to detail; inspections directly impact road safety.
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work overtime.
• Self‑motivated with a commitment to 100% quality.
• Ability to frequently position oneself for tasks and perform repetitive manipulation for multiple hours.
• Capability to lift up to 20 lb repeatedly.
• Passes required drug screening and background check where permitted by law.
