Revenue Cycle Manager

About the role

Wisdom Teeth Guys is seeking a senior Revenue Cycle Manager to own and scale the insurance revenue cycle across multiple markets. This role focuses on building processes, leading teams, and driving financial performance as the company expands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end revenue cycle activities including verification, coding support, claim submission, payment posting, AR and denial management, and patient collections.
• Define and report KPIs such as net collection rate, days in AR, denial rates, clean‑claim rate, and aging to senior leadership.
• Document and standardize workflows, create training systems, and develop SOPs to ensure consistent performance across locations.
• Lead and develop verification and claims staff, building capacity for future growth.
• Oversee outsourced billing partners, enforce SLAs, and conduct audits.
• Establish revenue cycle operations for new market launches.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in dental or healthcare revenue cycle management, covering the full cycle.
• Proven track record of stabilizing, building, or scaling RCM operations in multi‑site environments.
• Strong knowledge of dental and medical insurance (PPO, HMO, Medicaid), coding, denials, and appeals.
• Experience designing processes, training programs, and performance metrics.
• People‑leadership experience managing distributed or remote teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to own and act on KPIs.
