Retrieval Operations Lead

About the role

The Retrieval Operations Lead drives frontline execution of Reveleer's retrieval program, overseeing roughly 500,000 chases starting with the October 2026 go-live. This remote position manages relationships with large AIDs, distributes chase work, and trains PSRs on retrieval workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for high‑volume AIDs, monitor performance, and coordinate record request logistics with provider offices.
• Distribute and rebalance daily chase assignments across the PSR team, monitor workloads, and partner with the Retrieval Manager on volume planning.
• Onboard and train new PSRs, deliver ongoing coaching, and maintain training materials.
• Own first‑line resolution of provider escalations, document patterns, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Track retrieval, pend, and productivity metrics; provide feedback and flag underperformance.
• Ensure adherence to standard processes and maintain accurate assignment records.

Required profile

• 2+ years in healthcare operations, chart retrieval, risk adjustment, or HEDIS/quality support.
• 1+ years leading, training, or coaching other contributors.
• Working knowledge of risk adjustment and HEDIS retrieval workflows.
• Experience managing provider‑facing communication and escalations.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
