Retirement Sales Executive

About the role

Asure Software, a provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) software and services, is looking for a Retirement Sales Executive in Burlington. This is a hunter role focused on building and executing pipeline for Asure's suite of Retirement Solutions, with the aim of exceeding established sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Pipeline development: identify and develop new prospects through high-volume prospecting, referral partners, upsell programs into current HCM customers and partnerships with current HCM sales executives.
• Pipeline execution: run value-driven discovery sessions, deliver high-impact presentations and create proposals aligned to discovery findings, and set sales timelines that support a fast, client-focused onboarding process.
• Pipeline management: document KPI-focused sales activities in sales tools such as SalesLoft, Dealhub and Salesforce, and exceed quota.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Successful experience selling HCM and/or retirement plan solutions required.
• At least 2 years of consultative retirement sales experience required.
• Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting or Webex preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and proven relationship-building and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sales engagements and develop a sales plan that exceeds goals.

• On-target earnings of $130,000-$140,000 annually with an uncapped commission structure.
