Retail Trainer

About the role

As a Territory Sales Consultant, you will target and build relationships with homeowners affected by storm and fire damage in your assigned territory. You will educate them on the company’s restoration services, understand their unique needs, and close sales to generate revenue. Prior home restoration experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers affected by storm and fire damage in your assigned territory.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with homeowners and key decision‑makers.
• Educate customers on the restoration process, services, and value proposition.
• Conduct in‑person meetings, assessments, and presentations.
• Effectively close sales and turn leads into satisfied customers.
• Track and manage leads and opportunities using CRM software.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, services, and competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in home restoration, construction, or related fields.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to understand and convey technical restoration concepts.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus.
