Retail Team Leader (Full-Time)

About the role

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a full‑time Retail Team Leader at the Promenade Temecula. You will lead a group of Sales Associates, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold LEGO’s brand standards in a fast‑paced store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) with holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, handling issues according to LEGO policies.
• Order store and office supplies within budget guidelines.
• Oversee money‑handling procedures and cash audits.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure product merchandising on the shop floor.
• Support loss‑prevention targets and high‑standard merchandise presentation.
• Review sales and margin data to drive profitable sales.
• Implement effective space‑management and store‑graphics systems.
• Replenish fixtures and evaluate competitor visual‑merchandising techniques.
• Train Sales Associates on visual‑merchandising according to LEGO guidelines.
• Inspire and develop a high‑performance team aligned with LEGO’s vision and values.

Required profile

• Leadership or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Experience delivering employee training.
• Proficiency in cash handling, inventory and sales auditing.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) automated systems.
• Ability to maintain merchandise displays and visual‑merchandising standards.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and perform store duties for extended periods.
