Retail Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Retail Supply Chain Coordinator ensures seamless end‑to‑end logistics for major retail chains and international distributors. You will act as the primary point of contact for retailer logistics requirements, guaranteeing accurate order processing, routing, shipping compliance, and on‑time delivery while maintaining up‑to‑date product compliance documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage retail platforms such as Walmart, Target, At Home, Walgreens, BJs, CVS and others.
• Oversee EDI provider setup and automation for new and existing customers, with experience in SPS Commerce and/or True Commerce.
• Maintain accurate order documentation, including ship dates, inventory levels, and production timelines.
• Coordinate product compliance documents and ensure they are current for retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Work with international distributors, factories, in‑house warehouses and 3PL partners to guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Route orders and schedule pickups according to customer compliance requirements.
• Maintain vendor manuals, routing guides, and process documentation.
• Support finance with invoicing, collections, and chargebacks.
• Communicate regularly with retailers and sales representatives via phone and email.

Required profile

• Professional relationships across multiple teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong adherence to compliance and shipping deadlines.
• Experience in the toys industry is a plus.
• Based in the United States.
