Retail Supervisor – Disney Springs

About the role

Levi’s® is seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor to support store operations at Disney Springs in Orlando. You will work closely with management to drive sales, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed daily store sales and performance targets.
• Model effective sales techniques and coach associates on product knowledge.
• Open and close the store, reconcile cash receipts, and make bank deposits.
• Maintain accurate inventory and oversee stock replenishment.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and ongoing development for retail staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail experience.
• At least 1 year supervising or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, operationally complex environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
