Retail Supervisor – Aventura Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor to lead the team at its Levis® Store in Aventura Mall, Miami. In this role you will help create an energetic store environment, ensure excellent customer service, and support the store’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers and model service behaviors for associates.
• Coach and train staff on sales processes, product knowledge, and store policies.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Partner with store management on performance goals, talent development, and feedback.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers.
• Ensure compliance with all Levi’s Store policies and procedures.
