Retail Stylist – NW Portland Store

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Stylist to join our Levi’s store in Northwest Portland. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and upholding the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company history and product lines.
• Provide exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve or exceed daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to Levi’s cash‑handling guidelines.
• Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain store visual standards and overall housekeeping.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Follow store security, safety, and loss‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Attributes: structured, organized, methodical, consistent, adaptable.

Required skills

• Basic technology proficiency, especially iOS devices.
• Device troubleshooting and ability to read technical manuals.
• Familiarity with RFID inventory systems.
