Retail Stylist – Fashion & Customer Experience

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Stylist to deliver an exceptional, fashion‑forward experience for customers in Roseville, CA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will blend style expertise with strong customer service to drive sales and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligned with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑channel experience, including the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy while maintaining satisfaction.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, manage markdowns and replenishment, and ensure compliance with store procedures.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a genuine interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder work.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
