About the role

Vans is seeking a motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join the team at Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach. In this position you will support the store leadership, coach associates, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets by monitoring KPIs.
• Coach and develop associates to achieve high productivity and service standards.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Manage stockroom activities: organize inventory, process shipments, and ensure timely product flow.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing feedback for new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Uphold inventory integrity, loss‑prevention practices, and company policies.
• Participate in community initiatives and local events.
