Retail Store Manager 4

About the role

AT&T is looking for a Retail Store Manager 4 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The role leads the daily operation of a flagship retail store, combining retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and make sure customers experience the best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. The position involves 40 weekly hours and is listed as regular.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the retail store, from merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Ensure customers receive an excellent experience with the products and services.
• Carry out additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants so they meet sales and service goals.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store.

• Salary range of $49,500 to $74,300 plus commission ($28,000), depending on geography, experience, expertise and education.
