About the role

Levi’s® Outlet Store in Orlando International is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Supervisor to lead a high‑energy team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create an engaging store environment by modeling service standards and coaching associates on sales techniques.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with the Store Manager on escalated issues.
• Train new hires and existing staff on brand culture, product knowledge, loss‑prevention, and store policies.
• Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster a culture of engagement and retention.
• Oversee cash handling, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set‑up, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining compliance with store standards.
• Collaborate with Store Management to adjust business strategies and meet daily sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching, and training teams.
