Retail Store Manager

About the role

As a Retail Store Manager you will lead a diverse team in an Apple Store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while meeting business goals. You will be hands‑on on the floor, coaching team members and modelling Apple’s standards of service and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Recruit, train, retain and schedule staff, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Participate in floor leadership by engaging with customers and team members throughout the store.
• Address customer and employee escalations, collaborating with senior leadership and People partners as needed.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance goals and business priorities.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of business and customer information.
• Promote an inclusive culture by demonstrating Apple’s values and inclusive leadership behaviours.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends and public holidays, in line with local laws.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
