Retail Store Manager

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop and empower associates while ensuring the store meets performance targets and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high‑performing team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Participate actively on the floor, modeling best practices and engaging with customers and team members.
• Handle customer and employee escalations, partnering with leadership and People partners as needed.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance metrics.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect confidential information and maintain store assets.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related environment.
